The following rules represent the agreement between users of and visitors to, the website, knisleyexhaust.com, and Knisley Welding Inc., the owners and operators of said website. The terms and conditions as presented apply to all users on the site and are subject to change at any time. We ask that you please read the following guidelines before using the site, as access and use of the site is contingent upon maintaining the basic terms and conditions, as follows:

  • Intellectual Property: All intellectual property as it appears on the website, including but not limited to the logo, content, visual imagery and videos, web design, HTML code, domain names, product names and designs, are all property of Knisley Welding Inc. and are protected by copyright laws. Any violation of copyright laws as it pertains to the intellectual property on the website is subject to legal repercussions.

  • Termination: We reserve the right to terminate access to our site and the services of our company to any customer, user, or visitor found to have violated the terms and conditions or committed another abuse against the website, the company, or another Knisley client or customer.

  • Governing Laws: While we provide services and deliver products around the world, our primary location is in Loomis, California and as such, we fall under the jurisdiction of Placer County, and operate in accordance with all local, state, and federal rules and regulations.

  • Links to third party sites: We can’t be held responsible for any third-party websites which link to us, and we generally recommend for users to read and understand the terms and conditions of third-party links to our site, when appropriate.

  • Limitation of Liability: In keeping with the highest quality standards, Knisley Welding Inc., offers a warranty on new and overhaul aircraft exhaust parts for workmanship defects under conditions of ordinary use and service, up to a period of one year from the time of sale. The warranty does not extend to any product that is improperly installed, damaged in an accident, or that has been subject to misuse or neglected by the owner/operator.   • Changes: Knisley.com and Knisely Welding Inc. maintain the right to change or suspend any website activity, as well as change or add any content to the Terms and Conditions agreement, without notifying the public, and it is therefore the user’s duty to remain up to date with any posted changes to the website or it’s contents. We also reserve the right to make necessary changes to products and product descriptions as they appear in the catalogue, and product availably is subject to change as a result.
